OUR RETURNS POLICY
Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise that is unworn and in its original condition to our store or Kidz Emporium online within 14 days of delivery.
Due to health reasons cosmetics, earrings, underwear and swimwear are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described. We are unable to offer returns on sale items unless faulty or wrongly described.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
AT THE STORE
Simply show your online receipt (this was emailed to you when you placed your online order) and the credit card used for your purchase at Kidz Emporium Store within 14 days of delivery where our store staff will be happy to assist you.
If you would like to exchange your item please call ahead to confirm the item is available in the store you are visiting. Visit our contact page for phone numbers. If the item is unavailable we are happy to issue a credit note valid for 6 months.
Simply complete the returns form enclosed with your order, attach the address label provided and send it back to us with the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of delivery to the relevant address for your country.

Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and Kidz Emporium online return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post.
Please allow two weeks from the day your parcel is delivered to our distribution centre for your account to be credited. Once we have processed your return we will notify you via the email address provided with your original online order.
