Whilst 90% of our orders are dispatched from the store in the same day, please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Orders will be delivered via a registered courier and will require a signature.

If a part or all of your order is on backorder you will be contacted by email with details of backorder items. Items on backorder may take longer than 5-7 working days. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.
During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to despatch your order so that it is received within 5-7 working days, however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at email@example.com or 02 95589766 in or outside of Australia, 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (AEST) so that we may assist you.
